Jason Montrie – President, Convey Supplemental Benefits Administration & Pareto Intelligence

Jason Montrie is the president of Convey’s value-based payment assurance business segment and leads the supplemental benefit administration business. As the president of Pareto Intelligence, a Convey company, Jason leads with an astute focus on activating healthcare data and providing organizations with actionable analytics.
With the ever-increasing volume and velocity of healthcare data, along with the tremendous growth of supplemental benefits in the government-sponsored markets, Jason’s leadership steers the organization ahead of client needs–always anticipating “what’s next”. His leadership and strategic oversight have helped organizations to both scale and integrate, building innovative analytics, practical technology, and complementary service solutions to solve the client’s most complex business problems.
Jason has spent his entire career in healthcare, assisting organizations with acquisitions, launches, and operations. Jason has served Fortune 100 companies and startups, holding executive roles at several highly regarded health insurance companies, including Humana, and co-founding Land of Lincoln Health.
Through his vast experience, Jason provides the lens of the customer in every effort. He understands first-hand the challenges and complexities healthcare organizations face in today’s market, which enables his team to take an effective, hands-on approach to delivering services, technology solutions, and analytics.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Internal Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. In 2015, Crain’s Chicago named Jason a member of the distinguished Chicago Business 40 Under 40.
