Josh Goode is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and operational excellence. As chief information officer at Convey Health Solutions, Josh leads the company’s technology strategy and innovation, ensuring that Convey’s platforms and infrastructure deliver reliability, scalability, and value across its suite of healthcare solutions.
Before joining Convey, Josh served as the chief information officer for SCAN Group and Health Plan for more than a decade. In that role, he provided strategic leadership and support to the company’s technology capabilities across SCAN’s Medicare Advantage plan, its four clinical subsidiary companies, the SCAN Foundation, and Independence at Home organizations.
His leadership advanced SCAN’s digital transformation efforts, modernizing the organization’s technology ecosystem and aligning business counterparts to achieve a high level of performance. Under his guidance, SCAN leveraged technology investments to meet the individual needs of seniors through innovative, member-focused solutions.
Earlier in his career, Josh spent 15 years at Accenture, a multinational technology and management consulting firm. He partnered with several leading healthcare organizations, including UnitedHealth Group, Cigna, Express Scripts, and PacifiCare, on large-scale transformation initiatives.
Josh also serves as a senior advisor with McKinsey & Company and sits on multiple advisory boards, including League, Basys.ai, CertifyOS, and Medocity. He is a Health Evolution Fellow and remains committed to driving innovation and improving healthcare through technology.
