Susana brings more than 26 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional in companies ranging from high growth start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across five different industries: consumer products, medical products, healthcare, and service outsourcing. She bears a strong technical expertise, paired with proven leadership in developing and guiding cohesive teams, and extensive project management prowess.

Since joining Convey in 2019, Susana has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial operations and supporting enterprise-wide growth. In 2025, she was promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer, a role that reflects her continued impact and steady leadership. Known for her ability to both lead and excel in high-pressured environments, Susana maintains confidence and steadiness during times of challenge and transition

Prior to joining Convey, Susana served as senior vice president of accounting with Envision Physician Services, the largest provider in the United States with over 25,000 clinicians. At Envision, she oversaw a team of more than 150 individuals across all areas of accounting and supported the pre- and post-merger of Sheridan Healthcare-Physician Services into Envision.

Susana, bilingual in English and Spanish, is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Susana actively supports Family Bridges, a nonprofit 501(c) organization, serving locally as a volunteer advisor.
