Amy is responsible for all legal, corporate governance, and human resources matters. Along with other members of the executive leadership team, she formulates and executes plans that meet the company’s legal and human capital needs.

An experienced in-house counsel skilled in M&A, securities, corporate governance, and SOX compliance, Amy successfully led Convey’s legal department through the Company’s IPO and subsequent take private.

Prior to joining Convey in early 2020, Amy previously worked for a national law firm advising private equity clients in M&A transactions. Before entering law, Amy was a middle school teacher with Teach for America. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. She also holds a master’s in teaching from American University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida.

Amy resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband and two children.
