Kelley brings over 30 years of human resources experience to Convey, where she is dedicated to fostering a culture of engagement and inclusivity. As senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Kelley focuses on elevating employee success through strategic HR programs that align with business objectives. Her expertise spans leadership development, talent acquisition, organizational change, compensation, benefits, and internal communications.

Before joining Convey, Kelley served as the chief people officer at Grubhub for nearly eight years, where she played a crucial role in driving the company’s aggressive growth. She led initiatives that bolstered employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. Her leadership was a key factor in Grubhub’s expansion and its ability to attract and retain top talent. Prior to her tenure at Grubhub, Kelley spent 15 years as the senior vice president of human resources at Information Resources Incorporated (IRI) where she led all human resources functions and played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a professional services analytics powerhouse.

Kelley holds a master’s degree in business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and received her Bachelor of Science in corporate communications at Northern Illinois University. She lives in S. Barrington, IL, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, Kelley enjoys coaching robotics and serving on the FIRST Illinois Robotics board. She is passionate about STEM education for kids and inspiring the next generation of business and technology professionals.
